SAMUEL CRISALLI

Sam is Vice-President, Claims Manager at DMIC. Sam has been at Dryden since 1990 first coming here as Claims Representative handling property and casualty claims. In 1998 Sam was promotAAed to Sr. Claims Representative and in 1999 to Claims Manager. In 2000 he moved in the Vice-President role. Sam has been responsible for all claims activities and has handled some of the largest claims and oversaw some of the largest losses in DMIC’S history. Sam assisted other managers and staff in choosing what is now Insurance Now (ISCS) Operating System is and assisted along with other claims staff the claims system.

Sam is a liaison member with the New York State Independent Adjuster Association. Sam is also a member of the Atlantic Claims Executive Association currently serving as a President.  Sam is also a committee member with the PCI.  Sam was a former Arbitrator with Arbitration Forums.

Sam’s prior experience was as a claims Representative with Agway Insurance, Hartford Insurance Company and also a policy service rep with Excelsior Insurance Co.

Sam currently resides in Syracuse, NY and is married to Susan and has two children Nicole and Samuel Jr.
