STEVEN GREGORY

As Vice President of Claims for Tower Hill Insurance, Steven oversees the strategic direction and operations for both commercial and personal lines claims. His also leadership extends to claims training, first notice of loss, and claims systems integrations. Steven is committed to driving efficiency, innovation, and exceptional service across all areas of the claims department.

 

His insurance career at USAA in 2005 as an entry-level claims representative. Over the years, he advanced through various adjuster and leadership roles in Claims Operations, Advocacy & Resolution, Catastrophe Operations, and Property Claims Experience, culminating his tenure in Claims Innovation early in 2020. His servant leadership and extensive multi-line experience were pivotal in developing world-class employees, delivering exceptional member experiences, and shaping the future of claims handling at USAA.

 

Outside of work, Steven enjoys traveling with his wife and two sons, riding motorcycles, and volunteering for various non-profit charities.
